Hypnotherapy utilizes this relaxed state to help you overcome your challenges such as bad habits, lack of self-confidence and self-love, feeling stuck, stress, anxiety, phobias, your relationship to food and your body, and many more. It is collaborative work that requires commitment and a high desire to change.

The number of hypnosis sessions necessary can differ significantly depending on the individual client and the specific issue being addressed. It is important to tailor the approach to meet each client’s unique needs and circumstances. Creating a personalized recording for you can also be very helpful to deepen and speed up the process.         

Imagine the neuron pathways of your limiting beliefs and habits in your brain like a pathway in a jungle. When used frequently, the path is clean and you instinctively navigate them. To be able to walk in a different direction — for example, fostering a sense of worthiness instead of feeling not enough –  you have to create a new pathway. In the beginning it can take some time and effort, you need to cut the plants, pave the new route and then you have to use it regularly. Otherwise, the plants will grow back again and you might find it easier to walk down the old pathway again. Initially, you may find yourself alternating between the familiar and the novel pathways. However, with sustained commitment to the new direction, the old path gradually fades away and you can transform into the best version of yourself.
